A great logo is to a company what your favorite shoes are to your feet: if they fit, you can walk comfortably in them, and they go with all your outfits. Rhizome’s work with corporate identity is a reflection of a company brand, and not just a fancy doohickey to attract attention. Great logos are the result of successfully communicating brand findings and attributes. Additionally, Jen’s early career as a typesetter in New York City, and later, her design work on movie title treatments in Los Angeles, allows her to draw from a unique range of uncommon experiences.
The development of logos relays a sense of purpose that have multiple formats enabling a company to present their brand with flexibility. All logos are originally produced in a vector format using Adobe Illustrator®. This allows any logo to be scaled to any size and retain specific color information. From there, an organized system of JPGs and Tiffs in CMYK, RGB, and Pantone Matching System® is produced to allow for just about any use.
