James McGrath ∼ Web Developer
A native of London, James has made his home in the Pacific Northwest for the past thirteen years, where he lives with his beautiful American wife Jennifer (no, not Rhizome Jen). Having worked for several years in accounting James returned to college to follow his passion for technology. While completing his studies, one of his college tutors pointed him in the direction of a Rhizome internship. He has never left. Drawn to the Internet as a simple and effective outlet for a myriad of creative mediums, James integrates his passion for imaginative solutions with his sensibilities as a technology genius. Always excited by exploring and making use of the latest Web technologies and applications, he is a firm believer in not using technology for technology's sake. Simple, effective and creative solutions drive his technology for Rhizome projects. James enjoys riding bikes that are too small for him, singing out of tune, long walks, animation in all its forms, spending far too much time on the Internet, and explaining to people that he is not Australian.
