The Challenge:

Agency of record, Interpersonal Frequency (I.F.), hired Rhizome to help with a new website design for Denver Water. Ozzie Baron and the I.F. team conducted research, and provided very specific data to the design team. Our challenge was to make sure high-ranking tasks were accommodated responsively across all devices and targeted audiences could easily find their information.

The Solution:

Though a series of guided UX workshops at kickoff with the client, we took all of Ozzie’s initial survey data and in-depth interview research and weaved it seamlessly throughout the design process. The designs were then usability tested to achieve the best possible navigation system we could design. The results of this testing helped us iterate the design 2 more times label sections clearly and easily for customers before any development began.
