The Challenge:

Interpersonal Frequency hired Rhizome to collaborate with their researchers to develop a UX workshop and focus group that would inform a redesign of this website for the NW Seaport Alliance. Through our workshop with managers and communication staff, we crafted user journeys, personas and better understood the tasks required for various audiences.

The Solution:

Design a clear way of separating “shippers” from “truckers” and gear the content on those pages towards devices that best suit their needs.
