The Challenge:

Create a logo that speaks to a new program designed to protect Washington’s waters through improvements in stormwater management. The program serves as the central resource in Washington for integrated NPDES education, permit technical assistance, stormwater management and new technology research, development, and evaluation.

The Solution:

Affectionately named, "raindrop mountain,” this logo incorporates its wording into one iconic mark. The apex at the top suggests the pinnacle or highest authority and a metaphor for a mountain of information and leadership.
